STUDENT PARKING INFORMATION FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR

Parking at P-CEP is a privilege reserved for Seniors and Juniors. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting at schedule pickup. After schedule pickup week, parking permits can be obtained from the security office of the school lot you desire, as long as supplies last. Permits do sell out, and students are not guaranteed a parking spot in their home school's parking lot.

Permit Purchase Process

We have partnered with GoFan to streamline the parking permit purchase process.

• Students will complete and submit the parking permit application via GoFan. The QR code/link will be shared on the P-CEP website beginning Monday, August 17, 2026 and will only be available for Seniors. Seniors will need their student ID number when completing the GoFan form. It will only accept seniors with active student ID numbers. It will open for Juniors on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 after 4:00 p.m.
• Payment must be made using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment in the form of cash or check will not be accepted.
• Payment on GoFan DOES NOT guarantee a parking permit.
• Bring student ID, valid driver's license AND GoFan Proof of Purchase to schedule pick up. Parking permits will be sold at each school during schedule pick up, subject to availability. You must purchase the permit at the school lot you wish to park in. 

The cost of a parking permit is:

• Parking Permit - $137.50 (includes service fee of $7.50)
• Parking Permit after 1st Quarter - $106 (includes service fee of $6)
• Parking Permit after 1st Semester - $74.50 (includes service fee of $4.50)
• Parking Permit after 3rd Quarter - $43 (includes service fee of $3)
• Replacement Sticker - $6 (includes service fee of $1)

Please note: All parking permit purchases are processed through GoFan. The additional fee amount listed above represents the GoFan service fee and is charged in addition to the parking permit cost.

Additional Information:

• Parking sticker is applied to the Front Driver’s side lower corner of the windshield. No taping permitted!
• If you get a new vehicle during the school year, please bring in your old sticker, your new vehicle registration, and $6.00 replacement sticker fee.
• If you need to drive an alternate vehicle to school, please see the security officer in your parking lot before school.
• Parking permits are not transferable between vehicles or students.
• You must park in the lot you choose. No exceptions.
• If you have a Plymouth Parking Permit and park in the "band" parking lot, your car will need to be moved by 2:45 p.m. each school day from September 1 through November 30.  On half days, cars must be moved 20 minutes after dismissal.  Cars may not be left in this lot over the weekend during those dates.  This policy will be strictly enforced.
