P-CEP Parking Permits

STUDENT PARKING INFORMATION FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR

STUDENT PARKING INFORMATION FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR

Parking at P-CEP is a privilege reserved for Seniors and Juniors. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting at schedule pickup. After schedule pickup week, parking permits can be obtained from the security office of the school lot you desire, as long as supplies last. Permits do sell out, and students are not guaranteed a parking spot in their home school's parking lot.

The Canton and Salem lots have sold out.

Permit Purchase Process

Students must purchase their parking permit in person at the Plymouth High School Security Office.

During the visit, students will:

  • Complete the parking permit application form on-site.

  • Make payment at that time using one of the following methods: credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, or check.

Students must bring the following items when purchasing their permit:

  • Student ID

  • Valid driver’s license

Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

The cost of a parking permit is $130 for the entire year (prorated to $100 after the first quarter, $70 after first semester, and $40 after third quarter).

Additional Information:

  • Parking sticker is applied to the Front Driver’s side lower corner of the windshield. No taping permitted!
  • If you get a new vehicle during the school year, please bring in your old sticker, your new vehicle registration and $5.00 replacement sticker fee
  • If you need to drive an alternate vehicle to school, please see the security officer in your parking lot before school.
  • Parking permits are not transferable between vehicles or students.
  • You must park in the lot you choose. No exceptions.
  • If you have a Plymouth Parking Permit and park in the "band" parking lot, your car will need to be moved by 2:45 p.m. each school day from September 1 through November 30.  On half days, cars must be moved 20 minutes after dismissal.  Cars may not be left in this lot over the weekend during those dates.  This policy will be strictly enforced.

SENIORS

Seniors have the unique opportunity to obtain a dedicated parking space that they are able to paint with a design of their choosing. More information about the Senior Painted Parking instructions and form may be found on the senior parking form.  Please note:  A sketch of the design must be submitted along with the application to the P-CEP administration by August 22, 2025.  Any artwork depicting items, symbols, or language that is deemed inappropriate by P-CEP administration will not be permitted. You will be contacted via your school email address upon approval of  your application and design by the end of the day on August 26, 2025. The $35 fee must be submitted by August 27, 2025 in order to participate in the Paint Party on Thursday, August 28
