About
The Plymouth-Canton Educational Park campus is the home of three of Plymouth-Canton Community Schools’ four high schools. The campus educates roughly 6,200 students each school day.
P-CEP offers students a wide variety of programs and classes designed to help students achieve their best academic and social success. Throughout its history, students at the Park have excelled in the classroom. In addition to its impressive graduation rate of 96.72%, our high schools have earned a reputation for quality education that has included several national honors including the College Board’s AP Honor Roll and exemplary rankings from U.S. News and World Report.
Since its inception in 1972, the P-CEP campus has been an ever-evolving environment designed to keep students at the forefront of the latest learning opportunities. That innovation is reflected in the campus’ most recent changes, including updates to performing arts spaces, athletic facilities, and a coming STEM hub that will serve as both a community resource and an academic space designed to train students for the careers of the future.
In addition to general education programs, the Park offers students a variety of specialized academy programs that serve as foundations for both college and career readiness. Options include an International Baccalaureate (IB) accredited program, along with Arts, STEM, and Business academies, and smaller learning opportunities designed to offer the benefits of the P-CEP campus in a more regimented environment.
P-CEP’s latest learning innovation is the introduction of P-CCS’ Early Middle College program. The program is a rigorous five-year high school program that combines both high school and college degree requirements. Students can earn an associate degree or certificate along with their high school diploma, up to 60 college credits at the end of the fifth year.
Outside the classroom, P-CEP offers students a well-rounded extracurricular experience. P-CEP has more than 80 clubs, ranging from Anime Club to Diversity Council. The Park is home to nationally-recognized culinary, robotics, radio, marching band, and nutrition programs. P-CEP students compete in 28 sports, with teams at each school to maximize opportunities for participation. No-cut sports are offered during each athletic season. P-CEP is also the home of student-run radio station 88.1 the Park, and student newspaper The Perspective. Both media outlets have been recognized at the state and national level for their broadcast and media excellence.
